Aelita Andre’s art has been celebrated all over the world: From art galleries in Europe and Asia, to television specials in Australia and North America. She has been lauded in the press, and even received a special birthday phone call from the BBC. Next month, she will open her first solo show in New York City, at the Agora Gallery in Chelsea.

Regardless of what’s happening, you should never belittle another person or tell them off for being in the wrong.  Instead, walk with love and deal with each situation differently - not from a standpoint of anger, frustration, anxiety or negativity…but from love. It’s sad how many people don’t realise the power of words.  They have the power to build or destroy - just from simple, outspoken words…you can change a person’s life.  Will you use your words to invest and build up a person’s esteem, confidence or help them with their struggles… or will you use it to push them down further, destroy any little hope they had? This is an area of my life I still need to work on (very much so) - the best method I’ve found so far when I want to say something that comes from anger is to simply bite my tongue and not say anything at all.  The quickest way to regret something you’ve said…is to say something out of anger or of frustration.
